BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located in the 6400 block of Bonny Oaks Drive, being on the northeast line of Bonny Oaks Drive at Basswood Drive. Tract "B", Amended Plat, Eastern Hills, as shown by plat of record in plat book 20, page 72, ROHC; being part of the property described as Tract 1 in deed book 1513, page 461, ROHC. Tax Map No. 129L-D-24. from R-3 Residential Zone to M-3 Warehouse and Wholesale Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Subject to a sight-obscuring chain link, slatted fence or wooden fence along the north line of the property. 2. Subject to white pines to be planted along the outside (north side) of said fence. 3. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as required by law.
